A CRM built around the way the team actually worked

Business systems

Critical customer information and daily workflows lived across disconnected tools. The team needed one reliable place to work, and leaders needed a clearer operating picture.

What I led

I owned the product definition, workflow design, system architecture, launch, and adoption. The technology followed the operating model, not the other way around.

The result

A purpose-built business system that connected a commercial team of more than 30 people with the process and information required to move work forward.

Why it matters

This is the kind of work I do best: find the operational friction, define the system around the people using it, then stay close enough to the implementation to make sure it works.
